Agent Well Trained Framework (AWTF)

AWTF is a framework of reusable agent patterns and evaluation criteria designed to produce agents that are:

  • dependable in regulated or high-stakes workflows
  • observable and auditable
  • aligned to role expectations and constraints
  • Accountability: agents should include mechanisms for self-governance, auditability, and responsibility.
  • Observability: meaningful traces, evidence, and rationale.
  • Reliability: stable behavior under controlled settings (including low-temperature behavior).
  • Portability: patterns that transfer across organizations and domains.
  • Pattern library (e.g., Reviewer, Interviewer, Judge, Delivery Agent patterns)
  • Checklists and scoring guidance
  • Mapping to Responsible AI principles (accountability, safety, transparency, fairness)

Early build phase—pattern set and scoring alignment are being finalized alongside OrgBench.
